What is exactly is The Workhorse Diesel Power Module?

horsepower and torque as well as fuel mileage improvements ranging from 10-20%.

Unlike other products that simply pour more fuel in, the
WORKHORSE improves the combustion efficiency of the diesel
fuel you’re already using
through precise fuel system management.  This is accomplished without changing factory

Why is WORKHORSE better than standard diesel Chips?
RESULTS! The WORKHORSE diesel chip produces substantial power and fuel economy increases WITHOUT ADDING
MORE FUEL to the engine.

There are two main differences between the WORKHORSE module and standard diesel Chips and programmers.
The
Workhorse does not over-fuel your diesel and is guaranteed to substantially improve fuel mileage at the same time.

Side by side diesel Chips may look the same but it all boils down to HOW they produce that power and what is the long
term effects on the engine. The true bottom line is not how much power diesel Chips can produce but how safe is the
method used that produces the power. A diesel Chip can potentially harm your engine due to increased engine
temperatures under load.

Standard diesel Chips use a method of adding more fuel or “over-fueling” the engine to produce power. They do this by
changing the Pulse-Width of the injector which means they change the factory computer setting so that the injector
sprays fuel longer thus adding more fuel to the combustion cycle.

While these other performance products do increase power…
this “over-fueling” METHOD is also the primary hazard
associated with engine damage and failure
.  If you take the risk and use this method of “over-fueling” your engine it is
highly recommended by the chip manufacturer to modify the stock exhaust, intake system and add gauges to monitor
and control the added heat caused by over-fueling. This is good advice because if you don’t get rid of the excessive heat
produced you run the risk of damaging your turbo, pistons, and exhaust manifold!

WORKHORSE separates itself from the pack by improving the atomization of the fuel as it sprayed into the combustion
chamber
. The smaller fuel particle is able to bond to more air producing a more complete burn. By burning every drop of
fuel inside the combustion chamber you get increased performance while your Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s) remain
normal.

What is the cost difference between a WORKHORSE and a standard Chip?

Today most standard Chips cost between $495-$895. But because you are “strongly” advised by the Chips manufacture
to add a Pyrometer and Boost Gage you will need to add another $250-400 to the purchase price of the Chip. Also since
you will be using the “higher horsepower” settings on the Chip you need to get more air in and out of the engine to keep
high exhaust gas temperatures from damaging your engine. Because of this you will need to spend another $250-$400
on a larger Air-Intake System and $500-$800 on an exhaust system.

So just to safely operate the Chip that costs you $495-$895… you need to spend an additional $1000-$1500… (and you
still are not guaranteed to stop heat damage)

Remember the WORKHORSE diesel chip does not raise EGT's so you eliminate the need to spend the additional $1500
making it the most cost effective diesel performance product on the market.

How does a WORKHORSE module work?
WORKHORSE precisely regulates fuel injection pressure in order to enhance the atomization and dispersion of injected
fuel. Controlling the pressure of the fuel plume sprayed into the cylinder the air-fuel mixture optimizes making for better
more complete combustion of existing fuel. The result is that greater volumes of energy are released at combustion
without adding more fuel to the engine. You get better fuel economy, safer power gains, cleaner emissions and longer
engine life… with nearly ZERO rise in exhaust gas temperatures.
Standard diesel chips simply cannot accomplish these
results.

What should I expect from The Workhorse?
With built in safety features you enjoy peace of mind under hard pulling conditions because your EGTs remain normal. No
longer do you need to purchase expensive gauges and bigger exhaust systems saving you hundreds of dollars over
traditional diesel chips. With the excellent increase in torque and low-speed pulling power you can expect to gain a gear
or two and increased speed of 20-30 mph on steep grades. That additional bottom-end torque gives you the sheer
power you need to always be the first one up the hill.

With demanding loads WORKHORSE removes the sluggish feel in the bottom end and produces a smooth power band all
the way to the top. This improved throttle response will help you pass slower traffic without leaving you hanging out in
the danger zone or having to wait for a mile of clear straight stretch. Moreover, even though WORKHORSE is designed
for more power, in most cases you will also increase fuel economy ranging 10-20% because of the increase in low-rpm
torque and improved combustion efficiency of your engine.

Why don’t truck manufacturers use this technology?
Actually the WORKHORSE Module is not doing anything truck manufacturers can't do themselves by fine tuning their
engines. The WORKHORSE manipulates factory settings to produce a more optimal performance output and power curve
by "fine tuning" stock settings with a precision tolerance. This is what makes us unique.

Over the past several years manufacturers have been substantially raising the horsepower and torque levels of their
engines without changing the engine’s cubic displacement. They do this because they intentionally under-tune their
engines to start with.

As engine manufacturers increase horsepower, they also continue to move the optimal power curve further outside the
driving range. In fact, you would have to drive your truck as high as 3100 rpm's to actually get the advertised
horsepower you paid for.  

Not only that, with the optimal performance curve out of reach at normal driving speeds, your engine is also robbed of
precious fuel mileage costing you hundreds of unnecessary dollars at the pump.

The good news is, as the WORKHORSE Module manages your engine’s fuel delivery, the high-end HP the torque curve is
relocated to a usable 1700-2300 RPM range. This enables you to not only tap into the power when and where you need

The module is undetectable by service diagnostics and can be easily removed before servicing.
