Dodge introduced a Cummins 5.9L engine into the Ram pickup marking the first time a genuine medium-duty

then several versions of the 5.9L Cummins engines have gone into Dodge trucks including the 24 valve version
in 1998. In 2003 the common-rail fuel system brought not only less noise and lower emissions but
substantially more power.
In 2004 Cummins was the first to break the 600 ft/lb of torque barrier. The new 6.7L Turbo Diesel promises to
deliver significantly improved performance with increased braking capacity as well as conforming to the new
emissions standards. The Workhorse Power Module transforms this already powerful engine into a fuel efficient
